Drink of the Week: Mojito
1.5 oz rum
3 mint leaves
2 tablespoons simple syrup
.5 oz lime juice
2 oz soda water
Tear the mint leaves and place in the glass. Top with crushed ice and the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.
