1.) Before you sleep drink at least two glasses of water
2.) When you wake up drink more water and some sports drinks
3.) Eat something that is full of protein. The easiest solution is to eat at least two eggs. Scrambled or boiled.
4.) Avoid caffeine, it will dehydrate you more
5.) After filling up on fluids, sleep again.
6.) NEVER STOP DRINKING. That way, you would not have a hang over the next day... you will just stay drunk
